How It Works - Step-by-Step Process
DriverBooking:
Customers must log into the official Apna Chalak app or website and click on the "Book Driver" option.
Request & Estimated Fare:
After entering basic ride details (pickup location, duration, etc.), an estimated fare is generated and displayed.
Driver Matching:
The system automatically sends the request to nearby drivers. The first available and eligible driver accepts the ride.
Driver Arrival (within 1 hour):
Once the driver accepts the booking, they will navigate to the customer's pickup location. Average arrival time is under 60 minutes.
Ride Start via OTP:
Before the trip starts, the app generates an OTP. The driver must enter this code to begin the ride. This ensures the right driver picks up the right customer.
