Welcome to APNA CHALAK – a driver-on-demand service that connects users with professional drivers for hourly or daily needs. By using our app, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to register and use this service.
• Drivers must have a valid driving license, clean background, and verified documents.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking details (pickup, drop, duration).
• Treat drivers with respect and decency.
• Any misuse of the service may result in account suspension or legal action.

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Be punctual and professional at all times.
• Follow all traffic rules and maintain courteous behavior.
• Report any issues to the admin immediately.
• Drivers are not employees, they are independent contractors.

5. Booking & Payments

• Users agree to pay the hourly/daily charges as displayed in the app.
• Extra charges (e.g., night charges) may apply as per policy.
• Cancellations after a certain window may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Referral & Bonus Program

• Referral bonuses (e.g., ₹250) will be credited only if the referred driver is approved and completes [X] successful rides.
• APNA CHALAK reserves the right to change or cancel the referral program anytime.

7. Liability

• APNA CHALAK acts only as a facilitator between users and drivers.
• We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising between user and driver.

8. Privacy

• We collect minimal personal data to provide the service.
• Data is stored securely and not shared without user consent (except as required by law).

9. Termination

• Accounts can be terminated for violations of terms or misuse of the platform.
• We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user or driver at our discretion.

10. Modifications

Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Updates will be notified via app or email.
